Staff Transitions

I wanted to let you know the details of some of the upcoming staff transitions within CAM.

KATHRYN HOM: On July 31, she will be transitioning to her new job with Inter-Varsity Fellowship as their Senior Administrator for the Greater Los Angeles Division and Los Angeles Urban Project.

Resurrection of the AW Blog

Recently I had a run in with this quote from C.K. Prahalad,
“Leadership is about self-awareness, recognizing your failings, and developing modesty, humility, and humanity.”
And I am concluding my second year as the Creative Director, I have come to be aware of my “failing” as a leader.
