Newsong has recently opened up a new site in Santa Ana. It’s called 511: Santa Ana’s Creative Space. It used to be a old mechanics garage, which later was renovated into a property development company, which now is the space where Artists from the community come and gather. Awesome.

This afternoon, during my drive, I heard a Jazz show called “Take Five” on NPR. They were showcasing some Latina Jazz vocalists and I fell in love with it. Specifically Venissa Santi and her band. I love the fusion of Cuban and Jazz. Here is the link to the site where you can listen to the music. My favorite was Venissa Sanit, “Tu Mi Delirio”
